Shipping policy

Please read the shipping policy in its entirety prior to and/or placing order or customer care.


Allow 3-5 business days for processing time after your payment is received and accepted to make your products. All product are hand-crafted from the highest quality natural ingredients and are made to order to preserve quality.


**Business days do not include weekends nor federal holidays.
Packages in the United States will be shipped via USPS priority mail and a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS text. Packages should arrive within 1-3 business after being shipped. Please check your tracking number for shipping updates, prior to contacting customer care for assistance. 
Unfortunately, Faye’s Heavenly Creations, LLC does not ship Internationally currently.


Once delivery has already been made and confirmed by USPS, Faye’s Heavenly Creations, LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer responsibility after confirmed delivery, to contact the USPS and submit a claim for their lost or stolen packages. Faye’s Heavenly Creations, LLC will neither provide a refund nor send new products once the shipment’s tracking number has been confirmed and delivered to the address. We will make every attempt to ensure you have a pleasant experience with us but somethings are out of control once they leave our facility.  If we are at fault we will make it right.


If items are opened or damaged during shipment, please take a picture showing damaged products and send it to fayeshc@gmail.com(refer to our refund policy).
If a package is returned to sender, Faye’s Heavenly Creations, LLC is not at fault and the customer is responsible for additional shipping cost. If customer requests a refund for purchase, a 40% restocking fee will be deducted because all products are handmade per order and the products will be destroyed.
